Re: Notice of Continuation and Amendment of Section 16 Map Reserve
This Reserve that was established on October 16, 2007 for the period up to and
including October 15, 2008 over the Crown land described as all that Crown land from
Pine Pass to Highway #1 at Revelstoke (Mountain Caribou Species at Risk) containing
approximately 1,276,617.0 hectares as shown in black on attached map, is continued
and amended by removing and replacing within
THEREFORE:
1. "The Reserved Area is hereby established as a Map Reserve effective
October 16, 2007 for the period up to and including March 31, 2013 for the
purpose of suspending the issuance of any new winter commercial recreation
tenures wiile the Species at Risk Recovery Coordination Offce engages in
Mountain Caribou recovery planning, all on the terms and conditions set out in
this notice."
