Questions/challenges
Opportunities
Questions/challenges
• Will the CF Legacy and Employment funds make it through to
community organisations?
• Will smaller organisations like ours be able to win contracts?
• How do we make the most of opportunities afforded by a capital
city?
• Who pays for what we’re best at? Community development,
relationships, coproduction…
• How do we build our skills in social enterprise?
• Will the Welsh Government develop a workable approach to
empowerment that sees the crucial role of community anchor
organisations?
Opportunities
• Well established local networks and inclusion of most vulnerable
• Reputation
• Proactive networks (Talwrn, Citizens Cymru, Co-production Wales)
• Political influence
• CAF resilience programme
• Trust funders looking for Welsh projects
• Ongoing support for those in work
