Guide 16: Viewing Survey Outcome
With this function you can viewing the survey results including open-ended comments
Note: Module and Teaching Evaluation are completely anonymous. EvaSys CANNOT track any
respondent.
Step 1.
Log on to EvaSys using URL https://kcl.evasys.co.uk, and enter your usual King’s “k” username and
password e.g k123456
In “Central Evaluation” section on the left hand menu, click on “Display Surveys” in the Subunit
Menu.
Step 2.
Now you must in succession in each field select one or a number of options. Depending on what you
have chosen and the resulting restrictions you will then see only valid selection options.
Select:





A subunit,
One or more modules
A survey period,
One or more types of courses,
A questionnaire (Leave to default “ALL”)
You can select more than one option by holding “Ctrl” button and select any number of individual
modules.

Click “Show”

Step 4.
After clicking “Show”, the surveys are displayed in an overview according to the choices made.
Step 5.
Click on the “PDF” icon under Report Column to view the results of both the scaled and open-ended
questions.
