More than 45 percent of water use in the
average American home occurs in the
bathroom, with nearly 27 percent being
used by toilets. Lower your usage and your
water bill by replacing your high-flow
toilet(s) and urinal(s) with an ultra low-flow
fixture (ULF–1.6 gallons or less per flush).
Only homes or buildings built prior to 1995
will be eligible for the rebate.

How to participate:
 Request an application from our program administrator at
(800) 964-2140 (you must be a City of Venice Utilities customer).
 Program administrator will verify your water account information. If
approved you will receive an application in the mail. Complete the
application and proceed with the purchase and installation of the ULF
toilet(s) or urinal(s).

 Program administrator will schedule an on-site installation verification visit to confirm that your high-flow toilet(s)/urinal(s) was replaced with a low flow fixture. The LID OF THE TOILET TANK
FROM YOUR OLD TOILET MUST BE KEPT FOR VERIFICATION.
 After successful verification, you will receive appropriate rebate of
up to $100 for each toilet(s)/urinal(s) replaced. The rebate will be
applied to your utility bill.
