The Carrier Logon portion of TranzLoad gives a carrier without EDI capabilities, the power to accept or reject a shipment through a website. If you do not have this information, please contact Kleinschmidt at the phone number above. Once you have logged into TranzLoad, you will see the main page which contains a list of options similar to the one listed below. 5 Last Updated: 1/10/2007 Chapter 2 – Viewing New Load Tenders Viewing New Load Tenders If you have new load tenders to view, you will see the following set of options. Click on “You have new load tenders waiting” to view your new load tenders. You will now see a summary list of new load tenders. The items listed here allow you to identify a shipment by Shipment ID, Pro# (if applicable), Origin and Destination city/state, as well as, Ship Date and Weight. You will also see an Accept/Decline toggle to, well, Accept or Decline a shipment. The View Load button will open a pop-up window providing details about the shipment. Note: You must click any button on the page to submit any changes. Your updates will not be sent if you do not click a button on this page. 6 Last Updated: 1/10/2007 Chapter 2 – Viewing New Load Tenders Viewing Load Tender Details When you click on the View button on the summary page, TranzLoad will bring up the associated details of the selected shipment into a popup window. Please make sure your popup blockers are set to allow popups from this site. Shipment ID SCAC Type PRO Accessorial Information Stop Contact Number Stop Date Class Weight Quantity A unique identification number for the shipment. 4-character Standard Carrier Alpha Code as assigned by the National Motor Freight Traffic Association (NMFTA). Based on the status of the latest shipment information from the shipper (“Original”, “Update”, “Cancel”). A reference number provided by the Carrier. Sometimes a shipper will have a pre-determined PRO number provided by the Carrier, which can be entered. List of accessorial codes specified by the shipper when load was created. A sequential number identifying each pickup (Load) or drop-off (Unload) contact name and full address. The Contact Person’s (provided in the Stop section) Phone Number The date the package is requested to be shipped The Freight Class of the package The weight of the package in pounds (lbs) or kilograms (kilos) The number of packages 7 Last Updated: 1/10/2007 Chapter 3 – Viewing Active Load Tenders Viewing Active Load Tenders If you have active load tenders to view, you will see the following set of options. Click on “Click here to review/update active load tenders” to view your active load tenders. 8 Last Updated: 1/10/2007 Chapter 3 – Viewing Active Load Tenders You will now see a summary list of active load tenders. The items listed here allow you to identify a shipment by Shipment ID, Pro# (if applicable), Origin and Destination city/state, as well as, Ship Date and Weight. Only 10 shipments are displayed on a page at a time. You can click through each page to browse for a particular shipment or, if you already know the Shipment ID you want to view, you can enter it into the Reposition to Shipment ID field and click the Reposition button. This is very handy when you have many pages of shipments listed. The View Shipment button will open a pop-up window providing details about the shipment. These details will be in the same format as for new shipments. The Update Status button will take you to a webpage allowing you to update the shipment status. 9 Last Updated: 1/10/2007 Chapter 3 – Viewing Active Load Tenders Updating the Shipment Status Shipment ID Type PRO Number Location (City, State) Check Call date/time – or – Status date/time Time Zone Status Reason Code A unique identification number for the shipment. Based on the status of the latest shipment information from the shipper (“Original”, “Update”, “Cancel”). A reference number provided by the Carrier. Sometimes a shipper will have a pre-determined PRO number provided by the Carrier, which can be entered. Enter the City and select the State of the driver’s current location. Enter the date and time the driver’s location was checked for the current location. Select the Time Zone of the driver’s current location. Select the Reason Code of the driver’s current location. 10 Last Updated: 1/10/2007 Chapter 4 – Viewing Completed Load Tenders Viewing Completed Load Tenders If you have completed load tenders to view, you will see the following set of options. Click on “Click here to review completed load tenders” to view your active load tenders 11 Last Updated: 1/10/2007 Chapter 4 – Viewing Completed Load Tenders You will now see a summary list of completed load tenders. The items listed here allow you to identify a shipment by Shipment ID, Pro# (if applicable), Origin and Destination city/state, as well as, Ship Date and Weight. Only 10 shipments are displayed on a page at a time. You can click through each page to browse for a particular shipment or, if you already know the Shipment ID you want to view, you can enter it into the Reposition to Shipment ID field and click the Reposition button. These details will be in the same format as for new shipments. 12 Last Updated: 1/10/2007 Chapter 5 – Changing your Password If, at any time, you wish to change your TranzLoad password, on the main page, select the Change Password option. Just like with most password change screens, you must enter your Current Password, the same one you used to log into the TranzLoad website. Next, enter a New Password, and then enter it again to verify that it was typed correctly. Click on Submit when finished. 13 Last Updated: 1/10/2007 Chapter 6 – Logging Off If you are ready to exit TranzLoad, you should click the Log Off option located on the main page. Clicking the red “X” in the upper-right corner may keep you logged in allowing the next user to use your credentials and alter your tender requests.
