The invoicing will be per stay
 The standard hotel room has 2 normal beds and 1 extra bed
 Each Villa Magnolia and Villa West can take up to 6 people.
 Each Villa Vita park can take up to 5 people.
 The TOUROPERATOR is obliged to sell the All Inclusive Clubs only on all inclusive basis.
 Supplement for meals for the apartments and villas West, Magnolia and Vita Park:
- all inclusive supplement : 18 EUR / adult / day & 9 EUR / child / day
Weekend Stays:
The prices for stay during the weekend / Friday to Saturday incl./ in Peak and High season are charged
with 10 % increase. This increase is not valid for the organized groups more than 20 pax, full paying
clients , which should be specified on the group voucher.

Supplements : Community tax :
 0.60 EUR / person / day for adults
 0.30 EUR / person / day for children (2-11,99 years old)
Reductions:
 A child up to 1.99 years old incl. – free of charge
 A child 2,00-11,99 years old incl. accommodated on an extra bed in a room with 2 adults - the
accommodation and the meals for the child are free of charge.
 One adult accommodated in a room with one child (2,00-11,99 years old incl.) - the child is
charged 50% from the adult’s price.
 One adult accommodated in a room with two children (2,00-11,99 years old incl.) - the first child
is charged 50% from the adult’s price, the second child is charged 25% from the adult’s price.
 Two adults and two children (2,00-11,99 incl.) accommodated in one room – one child is free and
the second is charged 50%*.
 Family /two adults and two children/ accommodated in a family room, consisting of 2 rooms with
connecting door - each child is charged 50% from the adult’s price, which is with 4 EUR
supplement per adult per day to the normal adult price.
 Third adult accommodated on extra bed gets 40% reduction in all hotels, except in the all inclusive
clubs.
 In the all inclusive clubs third adult accommodated on an extra bed gets 20% discount.
 Group reductions: For groups of 20 pax the 21st is free, except in peak season when there will be 1
dbl room free for guide and driver
*Note: Only some hotels in Albena can accommodate two adults and two children in one room. Thus
any reservation for 2 adults and 2 children in 1 room has to be sent like a request to Albena and will be
confirmed upon availability.
