It takes several meetings. Currently actively working with eight schools. Schedule is reliant on school’s readiness for change The focus is no longer just on buildings but ensuring the pedagogy is a major consideration in planning the building works within the Diocese. Schools need to work on “getting ready” prior to building planning stage. “ Getting ready”: Understanding the process and impact on your staff/ community/. Spend time developing vision for teaching and learning and how the building will impact on your school.
