REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
With reference to the execution of the project implemented as part of the measures 2.2.
Profiled investments, Sub-measures 2.2.1. Profiled investments – grants under the priority
axis 2. The enterprises of the Regional operational program of the Pomerania Voivodeship
for 2014-2020, I request you to submit a price quotation for the purchase of:
Robot for outside bundle (heat exchanger) cleaning – 2 units
I. DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
New Robot for outside bundle (heat exchanger) cleaning – 2 units of the following specification:
Code CPV: 42995000-7 Miscellaneous cleaning machines
Robot for outside bundle (heat exchanger) cleaning, with control hut, hydraulic power unit supplied
with Diesel engine, comprising of 2 parts: control hut with power unit, rails on which water jet lances
runs with 3 or more high pressure (working pressure 1000 bar) water jets.
Technical data:
- Cabin hut height: od 175 do 200 cm
- Column height (working height): od 250 do 280 cm
- Machine Total weight: od 1 800 do 2 600 kg
- Number of nozzles: od 3 do 5 szt.
- Flow per nozzle: 40 - 80 l/min. (per nozzle)
- Water pressure: 1000 bar
- Jet lance horizontal travel: 900 - 1000 cm
- Jet lance vertical travel: 180 - 190 cm
- Diesel engine: 1 cylinder, 7 - 15 KW
- Oil tank: 100 - 160 l
- Oil cooling system: air
- Hydraulic rollers set (2pc. per 1 unit of Robot) for the rotation of the heat exchanger, driven directly
from the control hut of Robot. (max load capacity 25 ton)
- One unit of the clearing robot must have Air conditionig Kit
Price should includes the cost of transport to Bąkowo near Gdańsk POLAND
II. EXPECTATIONS TOWARDS OFFERORS
Presenting information concerning the price offered to Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Specjalistycznych
DAMAR A. Borejszo, B. Kreft Spółka Jawna for New Robot for outside bundle (heat exchanger)
cleaning – 2 units in accordance with the terms and conditions of the request for quotation.
Each offer should include:

offeror’s name and address,

date prepared,

total net and gross price,

expiry date of the offer,

contractor signature (not applicable offer sent electronically).
III. DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING OFFERS
1. The deadline for submitting offers is 2 June 2016
2. Offers submitted after the deadline specified in item 1 above shall not be taken into
consideration.

IV. THE CRITERION FOR SELECTING THE WINNING OFFER
1. The selection criterion is the net price (without the VAT tax on goods and services) – the net
price: 100% importance.
2. The lowest net price for the execution of the object of the contract shall be the decisive
factor when selecting a particular offer.
3. Points for particular criteria shall be calculated according to the following equation:

P – number of points awarded to an Offeror for the price it offers
Cn – lowest quoted price/value of an offer submitted in reply to the request for quotation
Co – quoted price/value of a particular offer.
The maximum number of points to win is 100. The offer that is awarded the highest number of points
in accordance with the methodology presented above shall be announced the most advantageous
offer.
V. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. A quotation form is attached to the current request for quotation – see appendix no. 1.
2. An offer may be submitted using the attached form, however it is not obligatory.
3. Offers sent via e-mail do not require a signature.
4. Partial offers and variants shall not be taken into consideration.
5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the tender without giving reasons.
6. If the tenderer applying for the award of the contract will indicate the offer price, which will
be denominated in other currencies, the contracting authority shall convert this amount into
the currency by reference to the average exchange rate of the currency announced by NBP,
the date of publication on the website and in the office.
VI. THE EXTENT OF EXLUSIONS
The Contracting Authority hereby informs that entities having capital or personal ties with it shall be
excluded from the proceedings and the contract being the object of the current proceedings shall not
be awarded to them. Capital and/or personal ties are understood as mutual ties between the
Contracting Authority or persons authorised to incur liabilities on behalf of the Contracting Authority
or persons performing, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, activities associated with preparing
and carrying out the procedure for selecting the Contractor, and the Contractor, involving, in
particular:
a) participation in the Company as a partner of a civil law partnership or partnership;
b) having at least 10% of shares or stocks;
c) holding the position of member of a supervisory or management body, proxy and/or
attorney-in-fact;
d) being in a marital relationship, in lineal consanguinity or affinity, in collateral consanguinity
or affinity up to the second degree or under adoption, custody or guardianship.
