The Illinois Girls Lacrosse Association:
Is the largest girls lacrosse organization in IL, owned
and operated by women to support nearly 3,000 players
annually from across Chicagoland. IGLA is recreational,
community-based lacrosse where every girl plays.
Provides the structure of a well-established league
played within US Lacrosse guidelines and coached with
the philosophy of the Positive Coaching Alliance.
Ensures that your coaches have training materials,
your players have robust competition officiated by
USL-certified referees, and your parents have access to
exclusive offers from IGLA partners Dick's Sporting
Goods, Northwestern University, and others.
Hosts youth-only tournaments throughout the year
providing girls with a "large stage" playing opportunity
against non-divisional opponents.
Is flexible, offering teams the option to participate in
the entire season or single games on an a la carte basis.

The Illinois Girls Lacrosse Association is a
non-profit organization promotes and educates
girls in the skill, knowledge, sportsmanship and
love of lacrosse. IGLA was created to offer all
girls the opportunity to learn and play lacrosse.

Levels: Pink for all players, Purple for skilled players*
Grades: Pink-2nd-4th ($800), 5th/6th & 7th/8th ($950)
Purple-3rd/4th ($1100), 5th/6th & 7th/8th ($1150)
Game dates: 4/17, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/22
TOURNAMENTS (JUST FOR GIRLS!)
Purple Play Day (7v7): April 30th ($500)
Youth Fest: June 5th; 2nd-4th (7v7, $400)

League and tournament participation fees are per team.
*Participation in IGLA’s Purple level requires a player skills assessment for a
$15 fee. Players may attend any location where an assessment is offered .
