Certificate of License
If you are an organization that satisfies the eligibility requirements below
and you are located in Vietnam, then Microsoft Operations Pte Ltd. grants
to you a limited, non-transferable, royalty-free right to use Microsoft
software products for your organization’s purposes.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be a nongovernmental organization that:
(1) operates on a not-for-profit basis;
(2) is registered or otherwise recognized by one or more international
nongovernmental organizations;
(3) has a publicly beneficial mission. This mission may include, but is not
limited to, the following:

Providing relief to the poor
•
Advancing education
•
Improving social welfare
•
Preserving culture
•
Preserving or restoring the environment
•
Promotion of human rights
•
Establishment or development of civil society.
For the purposes of the unilateral license, eligible organizations also include
independent media organizations that are non-governmental and operate
for the purpose of advancing public interests. Examples of such
organizations include small newspapers, members of a local media
association or those recognized by international media or press freedom
organizations.
The following organizations are not eligible even if they satisfy the
requirements above:
 Organizations that are established by the government or rely upon
the government as their sole source of funding
 Educational institutions that qualify for Microsoft academic licensing
programs
Healthcare organizations
o Exception: Certain health clinics that provide services for free
or on an ability-to-pay basis may be eligible.
 Organizations that exist for the promotion of playing of professional
sports
 Political, labor, or fraternal organizations
 Religious organizations
o Exception: Separate charitable entities with a secular
community service or project may be eligible.
 Commerce and trade associations without charitable aims or
activities
 Sponsorship or fundraising events, activities or tournaments
 Refurbishers or other entities that install the donated software or
distribute the computers

This license does not grant you the right to import, export or resell
Microsoft software products. No other rights are granted. Warranties and
product support are not included in this license.
In the event of a conflict between these license terms and those that came
with a Microsoft software product, these license terms control with respect
to such conflicting terms.
This license expires on the earlier of January 1, 2020 or the date you are
otherwise licensed under an applicable Microsoft licensing program.
Your use of the Microsoft software products constitutes your acceptance of
these license terms.
This Certificate of License constitutes evidence of your license.
