NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. VOID
WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all U.S. Residents. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. TopLine Federal
Credit Union employees, subsidiaries, officers and members of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee and
their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Participant may not win more than one prize.
2. Consumer Disclosure: Odds of winning are based upon the number of entries.
3. How to Enter: The TopLine Federal Credit Union Home Equity – Pin it to Win! Prize Drawing (“Sweepstakes”)
begins at 9:00a.m. May 11, 2015 and ends at 6:00 p.m. (CT) on July 31, 2015 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Participants
may enter by writing their member number, name, address, phone number and email address on the entry form with
signature. One entry per person.
4. Prizes: One (1) Polaroid Socialmatic Instant Digital Camera, approximate value of $299.99 and One (1) Polaroid
Cube Mini Lifestyle Action Camera, approximate value of $99.99.
5. Drawings and Notification: For the prize drawings, the potential winners will be randomly selected in drawings
held on August 10, 2015. The winners will be notified in person, by phone at the phone number on record with
TopLine and/or by e-mail. Winners have until August 31, 2015 at 12:00p.m. to pick up the prize at TopLine Federal
Credit Union, Maple Grove at 9353 Jefferson Hwy, Maple Grove MN 55369. Should the winners forfeit the prize by
not picking it up by the deadline or decline the prize, alternate winners may be selected from the remaining eligible
entries, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use
winner’s name and address (city and state only) information, for advertising/publicity purposes and in all forms of
media (including posting on website), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said
Sweepstakes or the prize awarded.
6. Liability/General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold
harmless TopLine Federal Credit Union, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Releasees”)
from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising
from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prize that may be
awarded. Releasees are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss, or other damages
of entrants and/or winners arising from, or in connection with, acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of
prizes awarded or participation in this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate
information, whether caused by tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the
Sweepstakes. Prizes cannot be substituted, converted to cash, assigned, or transferred by winners. The Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the featured prizes become unavailable for
any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules and
regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Sweepstakes and redemption of a prize. The
decision of the Sponsor is final. The Sponsor has the right to change rates and terms, at any time, without notice.
7. Tax Reporting: TopLine Federal Credit Union will report prize winnings as required by law. Taxes, if any, on the
prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.

10. Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of
these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes,
shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Minnesota, USA,
without regard to choice of law rules.
