Eligibility Entry is only open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over at the start date of the Prize draw, excluding any employees, agents, self‐employed consultants or anyone connected with the promotion of Nouveau Lashes Limited or any Associated Company (Nouveau Beauty Group or High Definition Brows Limited) or any of their immediate family members. Also excludes any employee’s from participating salons. 2. To enter 2.1 Entrants must have purchased a Nouveau lashes treatment in one of our participating salons between 6 October 2011 and 31 December 2011 (“the Closing Date”); and 2.2 Complete the survey online at www.flashingwhatonlyyouknow.co.uk. 3. Validity of entries 3.1 Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 3.2 Only one entry per person will be entered into the Prize draw 3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct or of this prize draw 4. How the winner will be selected 4.1 Entries will be taken from all complete surveys submitted on the micro site in sub‐
clause 2.2. 4.2 The winning entry will be selected at random on 9 January 2012 and the process will be overseen by an independent adjudicator. 5. The Prize There is only one prize to be won. The Prize is a three night trip for two adults to New York. This includes return economy class flights from a London airport to New York USA, transfers and accommodation at a luxury 4 star hotel in Manhattan, New York (the “Prize”). The Prize is exclusive of spending money, any taxes imposed, any other charges and holiday insurance (which must be arranged prior to departure as the winner and their chosen accomplice will be solely responsible for making sure that they are adequately insured). The Prize is subject to availability, and cannot be taken during peak seasons. Both travellers must travel at the same time on the same itinerary. Once the booking is confirmed changes to the names, date or nature of the booking are not permitted. The Prize is strictly non transferable and non refundable. The Prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount within the Nouveau Beauty Group. There are no runners up prizes. 6. Winner announcement 7.

The winner will be announced on 9 January 2012 and published on www.nouveaubeautygroup.com. The winner will be notified by email and telephone no later than 28 days after the Closing Date. The notification will include details of how the prize can be claimed. The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize and their postal address to the Promoter by 31 January 2012. In the event that the winner does not accept the prize or does not comply with these conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random. Claiming the Prize There is no cash alternative for the Prize and the Prize is not transferable in any way and can only be redeemed by the Prize winner. The winner may be required to provide proof of their purchase at the time of claiming. The winner must claim the Prize by 31 January 2012. The Prize must be taken before 31 December 2012. The winner must have a valid passport at the time of claiming the Prize. The winner is solely responsible for obtaining all documentation and insurance required by law to travel prior to the flight departure date. The Prize will be provided by Nouveau Lashes Limited. Winning entry details The name and location of the Prize winner will be available to all those sending a stamped addressed envelope marked ‘Results’ to New York Prize Draw – Nouveau House, Barnsley Road, South Elmsall, WF9 2HR no later than 2 months after the closing date. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any envelopes that are not received. Winner publicity Entrants accept that, if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this Prize draw, any other purposes of publicity and to feature in future publications. Entries All entries will become the property of the promoter on its receipt of them and they will not be returned. Entrants agree to assign to the promoter all worldwide copyright and like rights in entries and waive all moral rights. The Promoter will own the copyright in all of the entries and also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 11. Force Majeure We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms and conditions that is caused by events outside of our reasonable control. 12. Data Privacy The Promoter would like to keep entrants informed of the Promoter's similar products and services by email, post and/or telephone.
