Kiwanis Club of NAME to host EVENT NAME on Special day of Service
DATE recognized as Kiwanis One Day, a global action day of service benefitting children and communities
[CITY, STATE (DATE)] – The Kiwanis Club of NAME is bringing the spirit of service alive in CITY by hosting
EVENT NAME on DATE. The TYPE OF EVENT will take place at from TIME TO TIME at LOCATION.
These activities are being held as part of Kiwanis One Day, a global day of service that unites the entire
Kiwanis family, including Kiwanis, Aktion Club, Circle K, Key Club, Builder’s Club and K-Kids. On this day,
more than NUMBER volunteers in CITY are expected to join nearly 670,000 volunteers around the world in
devoting a few hours to hands-on service. Kiwanis International expects that Kiwanis One Day will contribute
nearly one million service hours around the world in just one day.
