The Barrie Primary Care Campus will lead the market as
the most advance primary health care center in Ontario .
It will be a significant development for the City of Barrie,
the Barrie medical community and for the Park Place
Land district. It will be built and tenant in a way that will
set the new standard for primary care delivery in Ontario

The Barrie Primary Care Campus is part of the 200
acre Park Place mixed use site . It is located on a
5.5 acre parcel at Bayview Avenue and Big Bay
Point Road

Team is developing the
Barrie Community Health
Link and are in the initial
stages of implementing
this initiative throughout
the city of Barrie and
surrounding areas.
Community Health Links provides
coordinated, efficient and
effective care to patients with
complex needs. When the
hospital, the family doctor, the
long-term home care helpers,
community organizations and
others work as a team, the patient
receives a far better, more
coordinated care. The healthcare
providers will design a care plan
for each patient and work together
with the patient and their families
to ensure they receive exceptional
care.
