We are pleased to offer special rates for groups of 10 or more paying visitors to Ryton

with a deposit of £20 (non-refundable) at least 3 weeks before your chosen date.

Cancellation Disclaimer
Please be advised that the following Cancellation Policy applies;
The cancellation of a group guided tour, by the visiting party, will incur a fee as follows:
Cancellation on the day……………………………………….Full amount
Cancellation 1- 4 days prior to visit…………………….. Full amount
Cancellation 5-10 days prior to visit……………………..50% of amount
Cancellation more than 10 days prior to visit…..No fee incurred
1.
There must be a minimum of 10 people to qualify for group discount. Garden Organic and RHS members do not count
towards your group total.
2.
Payment of your £20 deposit (non-refundable) must be received at least 3 weeks prior to your visit.
3.
Payment of the outstanding amount can either be paid: In advance (by cheque or by debit/credit card over the phone)
or on the day of your visit at the visitor centre reception (please pay in one lump sum).
4.
If any extra people are present on the day than confirmed previously in the booking these will be charged for at the
applicable individual price.
5.
If your party size drops below what was agreed when payment was made, Garden Organic will not be liable to refund
you the difference.
6.
If Garden Organic cancels your booking for any reason you will be offered another date for your group or the option of
a refund without incurring any penalty fees.
7.
Garden Organic cannot be held liable for accommodation or travel costs associated with a visit in the event of a visit
being cancelled by either party.
8.
If your group is planning to use the café this must be booked prior to your visit no later than 2 weeks before your visit.
If no prior arrangements have been made, Garden Organic and Café cannot guarantee that there will be room for your
group or that your catering requirements will be met to an adequate standard.
9.
No more than 20 people with each tour guide. Groups of 20 people or more will be split into separate groups for the
tours.
