RAL Colour Tones
We point out that the sheet colors listed are only to be interpreted as RAL
based. Due to the use of different coils,
color consistency for partial or additional deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
We do however ensure, that differences are minimal by using modern multi-angle spectral photometers. To avoid a color shift within a front, axial or
facade facing, plan this in advance and
give appropriate details in your order.
Greater variations to the RAL tones
are possible when using PVDF coatings, please include sufficient reserve
panels in your planning, especially for
custom colors and/or non-standard
sizes (WALL/FACADE).
Performance with
large shifts in temperature
Due to the excellent thermal insulation properties associated with PU hard
foam, extreme differences in temperature between the exterior and interior
finish layers occur when sun exposure
is on only one side (or under the influence of other heat sources). Due to
the high conductivity and expansion
coefficient of the metal finish layers, a
panel can flex or warp or experience
lateral tension. Watch for these effects
especially with colour groups II and
III. (Also see COLOUR CLASSIFICATION www.brucha.com)
Available by request (longer delivery
time): the entire range of RAL and
NCS colours.
Deviation from the original colour
(please request sheet colour sample).
RAL 9006 und 9007: our high-quality
sheet has an increased metallic content.
Please refer to the RAL guidelines.
Excerpt from RAL 9006 and RAL
9007 colour palette from 2011; Original colour: colour deviations can often
appear for touching up work or combinations of differing coating types (e.g.
wet painted – powder-coated).
A sample presentation of our steel sheet is
possible at any time and we will be pleased
to perform on request.
