Hi everyone,
Just wanted to review the Arts Night drop off procedures for you and your students.



Please enter through the back doors of the Sanderson Centre on Darling st.
An usher will meet you there and let you know the area you and you students will be waiting before the show
begins. This will either be in the upstairs change room or in the lower level lobby. Please have one teacher
/volunteer remain at the back doors and one continue on to the waiting area.
Parents will NOT be permitted past the back door area as it is a safety precaution.

As students arrive they will see a familiar face and wait with one of you. The ushers will escort them to the

Once all of your students have arrived and prior to the start of the show all schools will be escorted into the

waiting area where the other teacher/volunteer will be. All areas will be labelled with your school name.
