Version: 3 Revision Date: 01/22/2016 PE anti-human Ig light chain κ Antibody Catalog# / Size 316508 / 100 tests 316507 / 25 tests Clone MHK-49 (See other available formats) Other Names Immunoglobulin light chain kappa Isotype Mouse IgG1, κ Ave. Rating ★★★★★ 0 reviews Description The MHK-49 antibody reacts with both soluble and membrane human immunoglobulin light chain kappa (κ). It does not react with human immunoglobulin light chain lambda (λ) or heavy chain. The MHK-49 antibody can be used as primary or secondary reagent for immunofluorescent staining or ELISA analysis. Reactivity Human CD19+ human B-lymphocytes stained with MHL-38 (anti-λ) FITC and MHK-49 (anti-κ) PE See PE spectral data Immunogen Human Ig cocktail Formulation Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA). Preparation The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with PE under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PE and unconjugated antibody. Concentration Lot-specific (please contact technical support for concentration and total µg amount, or use our Lookup tool if you have a lot number.) Storage & Handling The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C, and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. Application FC - Quality tested Recommended Usage Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. Test size products are transitioning from 20 µl to 5 µl per test. Please check your vial or your CoA to find the suggested use of this reagent per million cells in 100 µl staining volume or per 100 µl of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Read more at www.biolegend.com/testsize regarding the test size change.
