largest trampoline park chain in the UK
Tuesday, 1 August 17: Oxygen Freejumping is celebrating becoming the
largest trampoline park chain in the UK by offering 10 days of FREE
trampolining when the Trafford park opens later this week.
To mark the jump to the next level after signing its tenth trampoline park,
Oxygen has announced the WE ARE TEN campaign. It will kick off the
initiative by getting locals jumping for joy, from the 10th to 19th June - so
Freejumping is literally Free-Jumping!
To show what freejumping is all about, the fleet footed crew from Northern
Parkour and Manchester University Gymnastics Club showcased their skills
over the weekend (4th June) in Piccadilly Gardens. High-flying displays on
Oxygen’s air track wowed crowds, giving them a taste of what can be
experienced at the new park, which will provide 35,000 sqft of trampolines
and freerunning heaven.
After officially opening its doors at the park on Trafford Way, near the Trafford
Centre on June 10th, Oxygen will host a star-studded launch night. James
Bond star Sebastien Foucan and 2012 Olympian Kat Driscoll will be the first
to experience Oxygen’s latest trampolining innovations at the official launch
party, including trampoline volleyball, sky-high reaction tests, super tramp and
a giant airbag jumping platform!
The invite-only launch evening will see local dignitaries gather for a drinks
reception and official ribbon cutting, followed by a number of performances on
the trampolines to showcase the breadth of activities that can be enjoyed at
the park, from dodgeball to freerunning, volleyball to fitness. Oxygen CEO,
David Stalker, will be joined by Sebastien Foucan and Kat Driscoll to give an
official welcome speech.
David Stalker said: “We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate our tenth
site than opening our Trafford park for free for the first ten days. After our
recent demo in Manchester city centre and seeing the excitement and
anticipation on everyone’s faces, we can’t wait to get Manchester jumping.
We are on a drive to secure more sites in key locations and to bring our mix of
fun, adrenaline and training to every corner of the UK.”
Oxygen Manchester will be offering Freejumping fun for all ages, Little O’s
sessions for under 5s and Kids parties, which will guarantee playground
respect! Throughout the summer more activities will become available at the
park including fitness classes, dodgeball tournaments, school of trampolining,
Foucan Freerunning Academy, DJ nights and much more.
