Aquatic plants are an important feature of gardening,
landscaping and habitat creation. Choosing the right plants
is critical to the success of a project. Choosing the wrong
plants can be expensive and could be breaking the law. Our
workshop will enable you to recognise the different types of
aquatic plants, select species and deal with key
management issues.
Garden centre staff responsible for and advising on water
plants need to be competent to identify the different species,
dealing with their stock and advising customers on suitable
purchases. A practically based course covering a range of
aspects of water plant sales and management.
