Introduction
Summer is here and the ‘Summer4kidz’ team returns to offer another amazing summer
school. This summer we play together again at ‘Summer4Kidz 2’! With the most equipped
staff full of energy and love for the little kids we organised the most exciting summer school
program starting on the 23rd of June until the 1st of August. Games, entertainment,
alternative educational programs, sports, use of the swimming pool, day trips and many
surprises await our little friends for a safe and creative summer.
‘Summer4Kidz 2’ uses the premises of Play4Kidz, with an experienced and specialized staff
that has been chosen especially for the activities of our summer school. Kids aged between
3-12 years old can participate in ‘Summer4Kidz 2’ for any period between 2 and 6 weeks.
Together we can cool down on the hot summer days.
The ‘Summer4kidz 2’package we offer includes:








Creative activities for children
Small groups/ around 12 kidz in each group
Trained and experienced staff (teachers and pre-school teachers as team leaders,
supportive staff for each group, other professionals for specific activities – Zumba,
Drama/Theatrical Game etc.)
Breakfast and lunch
Unlimited refreshments
Use of the swimming pool, play area and play4kidz services
T-shirt and cup with the ‘Summer4kidz 2’ logo

The program is tailored to the characteristics, potential, age and preferences of the children
in each group, after consultation with the group leader. The cooking and pastry lessons take
place at the professional kitchen of play4kidz’s and include the preparation of ordinary
foods and sweets. Additionally, children are trained on proper nutrition, proper use of the
kitchen and domestic appliances, as well as compliance with standards of cleanliness and
hygiene.
Three excursions and one overnight stay in play4kidz are organized over the 6-week-period.
Visiting professionals, who have something special to offer to the children, will occasionally
enrich our program.
For any additional activities, parents are informed in ample time and the schedule is being
adapted accordingly.
Nutrition
The children are offered breakfast, lunch, dessert or fruit for energy, and unlimited
refreshments for hydration on a daily basis. Daily meals are created by our chefs and rotate
every week to provide energy and variety of flavours and nutrients, so that the kids can eat
balanced meals, but also enjoy their food.
At the time of breakfast and lunch, children are asked to follow certain sets of rules for
cleanliness, so that eating is approached in a versatile manner.

Tasos
Graduate School of Science. The leader of ‘Summer4kidz 2’ and responsible for all
the experiments and activities our little friends will undertake! Tasos, with extensive experience in
camps, boy scouts, and summer schools, will give the children of ‘Summer4Kidz 2’ memorable
moments of summer fun!
Nicholas
Graduate Physical Education Teacher, with a specialization in swimming and fencing.
With boundless energy, Nicholas will once again lead the sports activities of the summer. Having the
role of swimming instructor and lifeguard, he will be the one in charge of the little dolphins’ safety.
Tonia
In the role of Zumba instructor and dance teacher, Tonia will be responsible for the
entertainment of the kids, in a frenetic summer tempo. She is a graduate of the University of Patra,
from the department of theatre with a specialization in dance and she will provide alternative fitness
experiences, with the goal of a healthy body and a happy face!
Andreas
The chief chef of ‘Summer4kidz 2’ will offer yummy cooking and baking recipes and
execute them step by step with the kidz. He will also explain and teach rules of hygiene and safety in
the kitchen and in the use of cooking appliances.
Alexis
Graduate architect with years of experience in summer camps and a true love for
children, Alexis will lead the kidz in original crafts and drawings, while at the same time will show
them all about gardening and will help them grow to love nature.
Panos
Panos is a graduate of theatre from the University of Patra. He has appeared in
many theatrical productions in Greece and Cyprus and he has directed his own production in Patra.
With his knowledge and experience, he will offer the kidz quality activities and increase awareness in
matters of art.
‘Summer4kidz 2’ - Terms and Conditions













The ‘Summer4Kidz 2’ will run for 6 weeks from June 23rd until August 1st.
The minimum space required for participation in ‘Summer4kidz 2’ is two weeks.
The child can begin attending at any time after consultation with the ‘Summer4kidz 2’
team.
The daily schedule of activities will begin at 8:00 and will finish at 14:30.
Our staff will be on site from 7:30 until 15:00, to supervise the kids, so that parents will be
accommodated depending on their working schedule.
The kids will also be able to remain inside the play area, without an additional charge, from
14:30 until 17:00, under the supervision of trained staff.
The payment of ‘Summer4kidz 2’ will be made in two installments. 25% of the total amount
will be paid upon signature of the contract and the remaining 75% on the opening day of
the summer program. The payment of the outstanding balance is a prerequisite for the
child’s participation in the program. Late payments will not be accepted.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to third parties.
In case an extension is requested, the charge will be added per week at the price of €100
per child. In this case, the price chart for ‘Summer4kidz 2’ is no longer valid.
All the package deals in the ‘‘Summer4Kidz 2’ Prices’ table, apply only to siblings.
Each parent/guardian is responsible to inform the team of ‘Summer4kidz 2’ of any allergies,
illnesses, medications, phobias or health problems of the child.
Depending on demand, ‘Summer4kidz 2’ will be able to provide transport to and from
play4kidz at an extra charge.
Transport and other costs during trips and excursions outside play4kidz (e.g., museum
admission ticket) will be at an extra charge.
