Any tank previously used for hauling petroleum products or nonfood material will not be approved as a potable water vehicle Where doubt exists with respect to their adequacy for potable water supply use, tanks my be turned down for use as a potable water vehicle. Water sources used, dates, gallons, name of person who authorized/directed use of source. Delivery points, dates, volumes delivered. LOGBOOK Copies of agreements, contracts, licenses. Test results of bacterial analysis. CHLORINE RESIDUAL TEST KITS Loading drinking water for transport. After adding and disinfectant, if the addition of disinfectant is necessary. When unloading. Every 24 hours the water is in use. ALL POTABLE WATER TRUCKS SHALL HAVE: BACKUP ALARM FIRE EXTINGUISHER NOT EXCEED GVWR APPROVED SPARK ARRESTER ON ALL NATURALLY ASPIRATED ENGINES.
