Conclusion
As far as this comparison is relevant the following results
can be interpreted :
At 200°C :
• Thermodynamic equilibrium is favored compared to O2
diffusional limitation
At 150°C :
• Optimum between the O2 solid diffusion and
thermodynamics
At 100°C
• The O2 solid diffusion (corrosion) is strongly limited
These tests revealed also the influence of Reynolds number
instead of velocity on the release rate.
