Taking into account the UNMIK Regulation No.2001/9 of September 13th 2001 on the Executive
Branch of Constitutional Framework for Provisional Institutions of Self – Government in
Kosovo, article 3,15,16 and 24 of the Planting Material Law No. 2004/13 dated 28 may 2004,
Minister of the Ministry for Agriculture Forestry and Rural Development,
Issues the following:
ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUCTION MA – NO. 04/2007
For the amendment of the Administrative Instruction MA – NO. 14/2004
On the registration, licensing and fixing of the fee for importers, exporters and traders
of planting material
Article 1
The Administrative Instruction MA – NO. 14/2004 on the registration, license and fixing of fee
for importers, exporters and traders of planting material, dated on 20.10.2004, amended as
following: producers of planting material, dated on 30.09.2004 is amended as following:
Article 2
Text of the article 4 is deleted and replaced with the text: “fixing of the fee according to the
activity”
2.1 The increase of fee for license as importer of the planting material for fruits is paid in the
amount of 50 €.
2.2 The increase of fee for license as a trader of the planting material for fruits is paid in the
amount of 30 €.
2.3 The increase of fee for the license as an exporter of the planting material for fruits is paid in
the amount of 5 €.
2.4 The increase of the fee for the license as an importer of the planting material for the grape
wine is paid in the amount of 50 €.
2.5 The increase of the fee for the license as a trader of the planting material for the grape wine is
paid in the amount of 30 €.
2.6 The increase of fee for the license as an exporter of the planting material for grape wine is
paid in the amount 5 €.
2.7 The increase of the fee for the license as an importer of the planting material for the
decorative plants is paid in the amount of 50 €.
2.8 The Increase of the fee for the license as a trader of the planting material for the decorative
plants is paid in the amount of 30 €.
2.9 The increase of the fee for the license as an exporter of the planting material for the
decorative plants is paid in the amount of 5 €.
2.10 The increase for the fee license as an exporter of the decorative plants planting material is
paid in the amount of 50 €.
2.11 The increase of fee license as a trader for the planting material of vegetables is paid in the
amount of 30 €.
2.12 The increase of the fee license as an exporter of the planting materials for vegetables is aid
in the amount of 5 €.
Article 3
The text of the article 7 is deleted and replaced with the text: “Duration of the issued license by
the Licensing Authority is for 3 years with the possible extension.
Article 4
In the article 8 the last point is removed: “Packages – bundles not to be damaged”.
Article 5
The present Administrative Instruction enters into force upon its signature.
