should the fair receipts warrant, the society may increase prize monies as the directors see fit.
Should there be only one exhibitor in any class, the judge is to use his or her own discretion as to awarding
of a prize. The society reserves the right to double up the classes in which there is only one exhibitor or to

the directors will give every assistance in their power to the restoration thereof, they are not liable to may
payment for the value of any articles or animals.
The Gilbert Plains/Grandview Agricultural Society is not by law responsible to anyone, exhibitor or spectator,
for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to a person by any animal or article or things on the premises of
the fair. The directors will, of course, take reasonable precaution to protect all persons and property of the
premises.
No claim for injury to any person or property shall ever be asserted nor suit instituted or maintained against the

agents, representatives, servants or employees having license or privilege to exhibit on their fair premises or
occupying any space there on.
No tickets of any type shall be sold on the grounds on either fair day without obtaining written permission from
the society.
