DETAILED GAME RULES – PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT(S) PULL-TAB TICKETS 1. DEFINITIONS 6.2.3 In the event that the Jackpot is not won, it is increased by fifty dollars ($50) for the next Draw, and that, until the Jackpot is won. The following definitions apply to the rules herein: 6.2.4 Once the jackpot is won, it is established again at fifty dollars ($50) and game rules indicated in Sections 6.2.2 and 6.2.3 will a. “Announcer”: The Hall employee who announces the ball numbers drawn during the Draw, which are displayed on the Official screens. b. “Ticket”: Instrument confirming participation in the Game(s) and the Draw for which it was issued and in the Hall in which it was issued. A Ticket entitles the Participant to win an instant prize and participate in one (1) Draw. Each Ticket costs $1 and bears the number of the Box from where it comes from. c. “Box”: Box containing 480, 720, 900, 1,060 or 1,6 80 Tickets for the same Lottery, as the case may be. d. “Operator’s card” : One-of-a-kind card inside a Box which contains one (1), two (2) or twenty-five (25) pull-tabs, as the case may be, concealing a number, a number and a colour or the word “jackpot”, as appropriate, used to identify the Jackpot winner.“Official screen” : e. apply. 6.3 NACHOS Jackpot linked to the first column game 6.3.1 The starting amount of the Jackpot is established at one hundred dollars ($100) 6.3.2 At the end of the Draw, the Announcer will uncover the pull-tab on the Operator’s card and will announce the number indicated therein. If the Participant who won the prize as part of the First Column game holds a Ticket containing, under a pull-tab, the cartoon of a man bearing the same number as the one announced by the Announcer, that Participant will win the Jackpot’s amount at play. 6.3.3 In the event that the Jackpot is not won, it is increased by one hundred ($100) for the next Draw, and that, until the Jackpot is won. Official display screen located in a Hall, used to officially display the numbers drawn during each Draw and any other information relevant to the Games. 6.3.4 Once the jackpot is won, it is established again at one hundred dollars ($100) dollars ($100), and game rules indicated in f. “First Ball game” : Game that consists, in order to win a prize, in holding the Ticket containing, under a pull-tab, the red ball bearing the same number as the first ball drawn during the corresponding Draw. 6.4 g. “Last Ball game” : Game that consists, in order to win a prize, in holding the Ticket containing, under a pull-tab, the blue ball bearing the same number as the last ball drawn during the corresponding Draw. h. Sections 6.3.2 and 6.3.3 will apply. 6.4.1 The starting amount of the Jackpot is established at one hundred dollars ($100). 6.4.2 At the end of the Draw, the Announcer will uncover the pull-tab on the Operator’s card and announce the number indicated therein. If the Participant who won the prize as part of the First Column game holds the Ticket containing, under a pull-tab, a boat bearing the same number as the one announced by the Announcer, that Participant will win the Jackpot’s amount at play. “First Column game” : Game that consists, in order to win a prize, in holding the Ticket pull-tab containing, under a pull-tab, a pig, a cartoon of a man, a boat, a leprechaun or a tornado bearing the same number as the first completed column on the Official screen during the corresponding Draw. i. CHASSE AUX TRÉSORS 6.4.3 In the event that the Jackpot is not won, it is increased by one hundred dollars ($100) for the next Draw for the Lottery concerned, and that, until the Jackpot is won. 6.4.4 Once the Jackpot is won, it is established again at one hundred dollars ($100), and game rules indicated in Sections 6.4.2 and 6.4.3 “Lucky Ball game” : Game that consists, in order to win a prize, in holding the Ticket pull-tab containing the ball bearing the same number as the lucky ball drawn on the Official screen during the corresponding Draw. will apply. 6.5 j. “Lucky Balls game” : Game that consists, in order to win a prize, in holding the Ticket pull-tab containing the ball bearing the same number as one of the two lucky balls drawn on the Official screen during the corresponding Draw. k. “Red 13 game” : Game that consists, in order to win a prize, in holding the Ticket pull-tab containing t h e s a m e red number ending by “13” a s one of the three red number ending by “13” drawn on the Official screen during the corresponding Draw. 6.5.2 At the end of the Draw, the Announcer will uncover the pull-tab on the Operator’s card and will announce the number indicated therein. “Lotteries” : Includes, Le Rallye, Nachos, Chasse aux trésors, Porte-Chance or Tornade de fruits lotteries. To participate in one of these Lotteries, Participants must purchase a Ticket for the relevant Lottery 6.5.3 In the event that the Jackpot is not won, it is increased by two hundred ($200) for the next Draw, and that, until the Jackpot is won. 6.5.1 The starting amount of the Jackpot is established at two hundred dollars ($200) l. m. “Participant”: A person who is eighteen (18) years of age or older, who has been admitted into a Hall and holds a valid Ticket. n. “Hall”: Bingo establishment where Tickets are sold. o. “SEJQ”: The Société des établissements de jeux du Québec inc. on behalf of the Société des loteries du Québec. p. “Draw” : Event that includes the random selection and display of numbers drawn on the Official screens for a given Lottery. Each Draw bears the number of the Box to which it is associated. If the Participant who won the prize as part of the First Column game holds a Ticket containing, under a pull-tab, the cartoon of the leprechaun bearing the same number as the one announced by the Announcer, that Participant will win the Jackpot’s amount at play. 6.5.4 Once the jackpot is won, it is established again at two hundred dollars ($200), and game rules indicated in Sections 6.5.2 and 6.5.3 will apply. 6.6 2. 6.6.2 A draw will indicated which one of the three red numbers ending by “13” drawn during the red 13 game will be used to find out if the jackpot is won.The Announcer will uncover the pull-tab on the Operator’s card bearing the red number indicated therein. If the pull-tab unveils the word “Jackpot”, the Participant holding the ticket containing, under a pull-tab, the red number ending by “13” announced by the Announcer will win the Jackpot’s amount at play. 6.6.3 In the event that the Jackpot is not won, it is increased by one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) for the next Draw, and that, until the The Participant must lift the pull-tabs pull-tabon the Ticket. PORTE-CHANCE Only Tickets coming from the same Box can participate in the Draw to which the Box is associated. Such Draw may only take place once all Tickets in the Box have been sold in a given Hall and immediately after the entire set of Tickets is sold. If applicable, Participants are solely responsible for keeping their Ticket until the Draw takes place. No prize claim can be submitted before the Draw is completed. 6.7 6.7.1 The starting amount of the Jackpot is established at two hundred dollars ($200) The SEJQ reserves the right to delay and/or cancel a Draw for any reason whatsoever and, in particular, due to equipment malfunction or if all Tickets of the Box are not sold. 5. For each Draw, prizes will be paid out in accordance with the following terms: 5.1 LE RALLYE TORNADE DE FRUITS Jackpot linked to the first column game 6.7.2 At the end of the Draw, the Announcer will uncover the pull-tab on the Operator’s card and will announce the number indicated therein. If the Participant who won the prize as part of the First Column game holds a Ticket containing, under a pull-tab, a tornado bearing the same number as the one announced by the Announcer, that Participant will win the Jackpot’s amount at play. 6.7.3 In the event that the Jackpot is not won, it is increased by two hundred ($200) for the next Draw, and that, until the Jackpot is won. 6.7.4 Once the jackpot is won, it is established again at two hundred dollars ($200), and game rules indicated in Sections 6.7.2 and 6.7.3 will apply. 5.1.1 First Ball game: The Participant whose Ticket contains, under a pull-tab, a red ball bearing the same number as the first ball drawn wins the corresponding prize, as indicated on his Ticket. 5.1.2 Last Ball game: The Participant whose Ticket contains, under a pull-tab, a blue ball bearing the same number as the last 7. ball drawn wins the corresponding prize, as indicated on his Ticket. 5.1.3 First Column game: The Participant whose Ticket contains, under a pull-tab, a pig bearing the same number as the first completed column displayed on the Official screen wins the corresponding prize, as indicated on his Ticket. 5.2 NACHOS 5.2.1 Lucky Balls game: The Participant whose Ticket contains, under a pull-tab, the ball bearing the same number as one CONDITIONS 8. In order to play, the Participant must purchase a valid Ticket which allows him to participate in the Game(s) and the Draw for which it was issued and only in the Hall where it was issued. 9. Any Ticket that has not been paid in full prior to the start of the Draw for which it was issued will be deemed void. The same applies to any Ticket that is illegible, damaged, counterfeited, badly cut, misprinted, issued erroneously or otherwise defective, unless it is possible to use the validation number to determine that it is in fact a winner. A person holding a void Ticket will not be entitled to any prize. 10. No player may select the Ticket(s) he purchases. Once a Ticket has been purchased, no refund will be made unless allowed under the rules herein. 11. During a Draw, the numbers drawn will be selected at random and displayed on Official screens in the Hall where the Draw takes place. 12. Once a Ticket has been confirmed a winner after verification, the corresponding prize will be payable to the legitimate Participant in accordance with the rules herein. of the two lucky balls drawn wins the corresponding prize, as indicated on his Ticket. 5.2.2 First Column game: The Participant whose Ticket contains, under a pull-tab, the cartoon of a man bearing the same number as the first completed column displayed on the Official screen wins the corresponding prize, as indicated on his Ticket. 5.3 CHASSE AUX TRÉSORS 5.3.1 First Column game: The Participant whose Ticket contains, under a pull-tab, a boat bearing the same number as the first completed column displayed on the Official screen wins the corresponding prize, as indicated on his Ticket. 5.4 PORTE-CHANCE 5.4.1 Lucky Balls game: The Participant whose Ticket contains, under a pull-tab, the ball bearing the same number as one of the two lucky balls drawn wins the corresponding prize, as indicated on his Ticket. 5.4.2 First Column game: The Participant whose Ticket contains, under a pull-tab, a leprechaun bearing the same number as the first completed column displayed on the Official screen wins the corresponding prize, as indicated on his Ticket. 5.5 TORNADE DE FRUITS CLAIMING A PRIZE 13. The legitimate holder of a winning Ticket must present said Ticket to an authorized SBQ staff member in the Hall where the Ticket was issued within twelve (12) months of its issuance and have filled in the back of the Ticket. 14. The SEJQ may require that an individual claiming an amount as previously mentioned declares to hold harmless and indemnify the SBQ against any and all other claims made by himself or any other party with respect to that prize. 15. The SEJQ is not required to pay any amount as previously mentioned unless the legitimate winning Ticket holder has agreed to allow the publication of the winner’s name, address and photograph without financial compensation. 16. Any individual claiming an amount as previously mentioned may be required to show proof of identity to authorized SEJQ staff in the form of photo ID issued by government authorities as well as any other relevant information. 17. A declared winning Ticket must be confirmed through the validation number, i.e. the Box number indicated on said Ticket. 5.5.1 Lucky Ball game: The Participant whose Ticket contains, under a pull-tab, the ball bearing the same number as the lucky ball drawn wins the corresponding prize, as indicated on his Ticket. 5.5.2 First Column game: The Participant whose Ticket contains, under a pull-tab, a tornado bearing the same number as the first completed column displayed on the Official screen wins the corresponding prize, as indicated on his Ticket. 5.5.3 Red 13 game: The Participant whose Ticket contains, under a pull-tab, the same r e d number ending by “13” as one of the three red numbers ending by “13”drawn wins the corresponding prize, as indicated on his Ticket. Jackpot (PROGRESSIVE PRIZE) 6. 6.1 If applicable, and unless otherwise noted by the Corporation, the Jackpot will be paid in accordance with the following terms: LE RALLYE GENERAL CONDITIONS 18. By acquiring a Ticket, Participants agree to be bound by the By-law respecting the Mini Loto, any instant lottery and any “pool” type lottery, the terms indicated on the Ticket as well as the rules herein. 19. In case of discrepancy between the Draw results displayed on the Official screens in a Hall and the information in the SEJQ’s computer system, the latter will prevail. 20. In case of discrepancy between the information contained in the rules herein, the By-law respecting the Mini Loto, any instant lottery and any “pool” type lottery and those indicated on the Ticket, the following priority will apply : 1) The By-law respecting the Mini Loto, any instant lottery and any “pool” type lottery 2) The Ticket 3) The rules herein 21. SEJQ authorized personnel will make required decisions to ensure the smooth operation of gaming activities. Such decisions will take immediate effect and individuals present in the Hall are required to comply with them. 22. The SEJQ reserves the right to change the rules herein at any time and in any way whatsoever. These rules will come into force on March 15, 2017. 6.1.1 The starting amount of the Jackpot is established at two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) 6.1.2 At the end of the Draw, the Announcer will uncover the two (2) pull-tabpull-tabs on the Operator’s card and will announce the number and the colour indicated therein. If the Participant who won the prize as part of the First Column game holds a Ticket containing, under a pull-tab, a pig bearing the same number and colour as the ones announced by the Announcer, that Participant will win the Jackpot’s amount at play. 6.1.3 In the event that the Jackpot is not won, it is increased by two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) for the next Draw, and that, until the Jackpot is won. 6.1.4 Once the jackpot is won, it is established again at two hundred and fifty dollars ($250), and game rules indicated in Sections 6.1.2 and 6.1.3 will apply. 6.2 In the case where a Hall ceases to sell progressive jackpot pull-tabs definitively, the Hall will sell a final box of a given Lottery for which a jackpot will be guaranteed, if the jackpot amount for said Lottery is not won according to the rules explained above. As the case may be, the winner of the game corresponding to the jackpot will be awarded, in addition to the amount prescribed by the game, the jackpot that is in play. If there is more than one winner, the amount of the jackpot will be divided equally among winners. NACHOS Jackpot linked to the lucky balls game 6.2.1 The starting amount of the Jackpot is established at fifty dollars ($50) 6.2.2 At the end of the Draw, the Announcer will uncover the pull-tab on the Operator’s card and will announce the number indicated therein.
