All competition events will take place at the indoor figure skating ice rink (60x30 meters) at the ice sports center, Eindhoven. CLOSING DATE OF ENTRY October 21 st 2014, 12:00h ACCREDITATON Will be open at the ice rink on Saturday December 6th from 08:00h. on PRACTICE SESSION There are no practice sessions available. DRAW Will be held for all categories on Wednesday, December 3rd at 19.00h at the ice rink. Fair drawn by hand will be done by any present competitors and/or members of the organizing skating club. TIME TABLE Will be made available on the website as soon as possible after the closing date. Changes may occur due to technical requirements of the judging system and/or exceeding number of entries. These request will then be made known to the Dutch Skating Federation. | www.figureskatingacademy.nl | @Mail: [email protected] | www.facebook.com/fankunstrijden | GENERAL REGULATIONS The competition will be conducted in accordance with ISU Regulations 2014, and all recent communications for figure skating. All categories (apart from the artistic skate) abide to regulations according to the ISU judging system and will be judged as such. All competitors must be eligible persons in accordance with ISU Rule 102 and must meet the participation, citizenship and residency requirements in ISU rule 109 and communication no 1117. All skaters who do not have nationality of the member by which they have been entered or who, although having such nationality, have in the past represented another member, must produce an ISU clearance certificate. COMPETITION MUSIC Only CDs are accepted (no re-writable CD or mp3). The recording must be of good quality and the CD labelled clearly with the name of competitor, category and skating club/country abbreviations. A copy of the CD must be handed in at the accreditation desk anywhere in between first arrival up to preferably two hours before the start of the skater's category. The CD quality cannot be tested beforehand, therefore a second copy should always be available for technical staff in case a technical issue should arise during the competition. PRIZES Each of the winning competitors will be presented with a trophy. Also, during the victory ceremony all competitors are invited on to the ice in order to receive a memento. The protocol will be uploaded on to the homepage immediately after the closing of the competition. Clubmembers or coaches are allowed to collect trophies that belong to participants that were forced to leave early before completion of the victory ceremony. ACCOMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION Accomodation as well as transportation from and to the ice rink has to be organized by the participant. However, please feel free to contact our organizing committee with any questions. ENTRY FORM Please use the official entry form, stating both first and last name of the participant as well as the date of birth. LIMITATIONS The organization committee reserves the right to limit the entries. Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis; up to the maximum in relation to the available competition hours. The organizing club will follow the order mentioned by the clubs on their entry form. Following rules of entry apply to all participating clubs: Every club has the right to enter a maximum of 3 skaters in each category from Mini to Advanced Novice (Boys & Girls). Artistic skate entries are limited to 1 skater per age category, per club (thus 3 skaters per club max.) The organizing club has the right to enter an unlimited number of participants. Utilization of props is allowed to a certain extent (please contact the organizing committee for approval). The contest is a single skating event, not for pairs or groups.
