Program and session cancellation
Teledyne CARIS reserves the right to cancel programs and/or sessions because of low registration. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all registrants will
be notified and will receive a full refund if applicable.
Cancellation/refund policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made by February 28, 2017 are subject to a $50 USD cancellation fee. Cancellations after
February 28, 2017, as well as no-shows, are liable for the full registration fee. All substitutions must be made in writing. Substitutions can be made at
any time. Please submit all cancellations and substitutions in writing by email to [email protected] or fax +1 (506) 459-3849.
