Human Resources
The Human Resources range of products consists of HR Classic which
contains the Establishment Manager, Jobs Manager, Employee Manager,
Absence Manager, Industrial Relations and Medical Manager. Option Modules
are Time & Attendance, Assessments Manager, Recruitment Manager and
Training Manager.

The Establishment Manager
consists of a Planner and a
Variations Module. The system
holds for each authorised
establishment post the Full Time
Equivalent (FTE), number of
approved contracts and compares
these against the number of actual
contracts and gives a variance.

The Jobs Manager defines each of the jobs within the approved establishment. A details button has
grade, occupational coding work schedules, a job description, etc. The Employee button holds details
from the Employee Manager. A Account button holds the Chart of Accounts definition for accounts for
each job. The structure button defines the line management, project and direct links to posts for
organisational structure reports. There are integrated succession and rotation plans for the jobs. A
competency based job analysis produces a specification to define the job in attributes with value levels for
job grading and assessment purposes. Contract details and Final Settlement details are also provided.

within a specified calendar year. Annual Leave, Sickness
Maternity Leave, etc. are all managed and integrated with payroll
to provide accurate control over all absence categories.
