1. VOIP Media Gateway (Multi-service Access Gateway):

MSAG handles conversation from one telecom media to another as
these switches connect to all three types of media, i.e. wired, wireless
and optical fiber.

These switches also act as bridges between various telecom protocols
like E1 to PRI or STM1 or IP. Large utility companies like Oil, Power,
Gas pipelines networks & telecom service providers are customers for
the application.
2. CMUX128 Primary Digital Multiplexer:

CMUX 128 provides a cost effective solution for the interconnection of
a whole range of voice and data interfaces required in communications
networks, where multiple locations are connected over fat pipes and a
small pipe has to be dropped at each location.

Large enterprises like railways, army and utility companies who own
their own networks are users of this product segment.
3. RIDEX & I-CONNECT:

These are ruggedised and specialised switches to take care of the
telecommunication requirements of Army, Police and other Para
Military Forces.

These products provide inter-connect between HF/UHF/VHF/Tetra
Networks apart from handling all generic protocols including IP, PRI,
E&M, BTW, Magneto, V-Sat, CNR.

Integrated to support a common dispatcher system across various
networks connected to I connect.
4. Coral Digital GSM Gateway Zephyr GSM 30:

GSM 30 is for medium and large companies with a high proportion of
calls to and from GSM networks.

Product allows these enterprises to save costs by routing calls made
from office extensions to mobile numbers over the GSM “Sims”
connected to the switch.
5. Coral Apollo – 155: STM-1 Customer Premises Equipment (CPE):

Enterprises and corporates increasingly rely on optical connectivity to
the metro network for their mission critical applications. Corporate
networks depend on leased lines for internal communication, highspeed data exchange and Ethernet based services.

An extension of fiber optics to the business customers enables the
service providers to ensure reliable services ranging from voice and
data applications to high-speed internet access and virtual private
network. Apollo – 155 caters to this requirement.
Strategic Switching Products
The Strategic Switching Product segment primarily comprises access
based products like Ridex, I – Connect and other ruggedized switches.
CTL is developing products that specifically cater to the defense segment;
or customizing existing products to suit the requirements of defense like
ruggedization, so that the products can withstand extreme and hostile
environments. All such products fall into the category of Strategic
Switching Products.
Ridex Switch: Communication devices for Indian Defence Forces
Coral Telecom Ltd. with its years of R&D experience has developed Ridex
Switch (USLB MK-III) to meet the tough communication requirements of
the Indian Defence Forces. Unit Level Switch Board MK III (ULSB MKIII)
Equipment is a ruggedized Automatic Telephone Exchange designed to
meet the communication requirement of any Army Unit formation.
I-Connect: Radio Interoperable System
Coral i-Connect is a radio interoperable system, which has the ability to
work with other systems or products without special effort on the part of
the customer. The device provides the facility to any public-safety official
to talk to whomever they need to, whenever they need to, independent
of the system used but with proper authentication.. Coral i-connect
enables different types of communication systems, currently in use, to
work with each other and making it very easy for the users of these
different systems to converse.
