Registration Dates
Get your “Lottery Ticket” from the Administrative Office between 8:30-2:15 p.m., each day of the registration process.
The Lottery will begin “promptly at 2:30 in the Dining Hall across from the receptionist.”

“Free Balance” Exercise Class Every Mon. @ 1:30 p.m., Senior Services North Fulton along with the Georgia Chapter of
the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) will offer classes to improve balance, increase strength, and reduce
stress. Classes will be held in Building C (Neighborhood Center Dining Hall).
The Friends of Benson “Give Us Your Thoughts Hour. This program is suspended for the summer; it is schedule to return

“Ladies, let’s talk about it…Women to Women” (Every Wed.), 10 a.m.-11 a.m., Location: Adult Day Lounge I, an on-going
group for women to experience support, and bond with other women in a safe, compassionate environment. Group
