1. Log onto Fabensisd.net or TEAMS and sign into the Employee

1. Log onto Fabensisd.net or TEAMS and sign into the Employee Service Center
2. Once you click on TEAMS Employee Service Center you will sign in.
3. Click on My Absence Reporting
(You can click on either one, they will both take you to the next screen)
4. The next page will be a monthly view calendar. You will click on the day you will be absent.
5. In the following screen, the person reporting the absence will need to give as much information as possible.
If the employee will only be out for one day, they will only need to enter the start date. If they will be out more than one day, they will need to enter a Start and End of Absence date. 6. If you require a substitute please click on Yes, if not click on NO.
7. A pre-­‐arranged substitute will be Yes if you have made verbal or written arrangements wiith the substitute.
If not, then you will click No. If you click No, your screen will look like the following:
8. If you DO NOT have a pre-­‐arranged substitute, click No and then Add. You will have finished reporting your absence.
9. If you do have a pre-­‐arranged substitute, you will proceed with the following screen.
Please answer these quesYons You can search for the subsYtute by clicking on the red box and search by name 10. Once you have selected the substitute, you will click ADD and the absence will be reported.
