Current research activities:
Supervision of food legumes (chickpea and lentil) group at the College of
Agriculture which involves the following research topics and collaboration
with researchers from Iranian Ministry of Agriculture:
- Evaluation of genetic variability in Iranian lentil and chickpea
landraces and germplasm improvement for increasing
systems productivity.
- Improvement of chickpea and lentil for winter sowing at
highland conditions
