The Activity Hub is situated at the water
mill which gives the site it’s name near the
site exit. We are here to help you get the
most from your stay whether that is renting
bikes, canoes, tennis rackets and much
more, or attending one of our programmed
activities. In addition we have a stock of
local walking, running, cycling and canoeing
route cards, but it’s not all about us, we also
carry information and brochures for a range
of attractions in the area. If we are not on
site we are usually available just call or text
on 07971 252394 & you can follow us on

nature reserve. It contains 2 sites of special scientific
interest and is revered nationally for its range of unique
aquatic and land based habitats attracting a diverse and
remarkable range of wild life.
The equipment and activities available from Activity
Hub are designed to help you get up close and personal
with this unique environment. Whether canoeing up to
the entrance of the lodge where our unique Eurasian
beavers live, cycling around one of the meadows which is
designated a SSSI for its unique botanical habitat or
kayaking on Somerford lagoon amongst an abundance of
visiting wetlands birds.
