WHY AM I RECEIVING MY MEN’S BASKETBALL SEASON TICKET RENEWAL SO EARLY?
Syracuse Athletics is introducing an earlier men’s basketball season ticket renewal timeline to allow you and all Orange
fans the opportunity to enroll in longer payment plans that provide more options, time, and flexibility, and the
opportunity to earn bonus Orange Club Priority Points.
HOW DOES AN EARLIER TIMELINE BENEFIT ME?
PAYMENT PLAN OPTION: You benefit from the new timeline as you can now subscribe to a payment plan that will
extend as long as nine months. Please see payment options to review payment plan schedule. You must be signed up
by the renewal deadline to be included in an automatic payment plan option.
ORANGE CLUB PRIORITY POINTS: You will be rewarded with Orange Club Priority Points based on the date you renew.
The Priority Points system is utilized for a number of benefits, including seat and parking upgrades, and bowl game and

WHEN IS MY RENEWAL DEADLINE?
The men’s basketball season ticket deadline did not change drastically. It is Friday, June 9th, 2017 for renewal payment
or enrollment in a payment plan.
WHAT IF I DON’T RENEW BY THE DEADLINE?
Enrollment in the payment plan or full payment prior to the June 9th deadline allows you to participate in the parking
and seat upgrade process, as well as guarantees your season ticket location for the 2017-18 season. Parking is subject
to minimum donation (see Parking Requirements). Renewals after June 9th, 2017 will not guarantee your parking
privilege for 2017-18. (If parking lots have availability beyond the deadline, spaces will be assigned based on Orange
Club Priority Points).
You will also miss out on Priority Point bonuses (read below – How Many Priority Points Will I Receive If I Renew?).
I HEARD PRICING HAS CHANGED FOR BASKETBALL. IS THAT TRUE?
Yes. We have adjusted pricing to maximize value for you, our season ticket holders. For 2017-18, Syracuse Athletics has
introduced a stand-alone model for football and men’s basketball Orange Club Premium Seating donations. Orange Club
Premium Seating associated with each sport requires a minimum donation per seat.
WHAT ARE THE NEW ORANGE CLUB PREMIUM SEATING DONATION REQUIREMENTS?
The new Orange Club Donation per seat, per zone, is below:

HOLD UP. WHAT HAS CHANGED IF I WAS A ‘BOTH’ ORANGE CLUB SEATING MEMBER?
‘Both’ members were previously billed all at once in January for the combined football and basketball donation and
tickets. ‘Both’ members will now receive an invoice for their football season tickets and Orange Club Premium Seating
donation in November and a separate invoice for men’s basketball season tickets and Orange Club Premium Seating
donation in January. Please contact the Athletics Ticket Sales Office (888-DOME-TIX) for further information or to pay
your men’s basketball Orange Club Premium Seat donation portion.
I WAS ABLE TO CHANGE MY SEATS LAST YEAR. WHEN DOES THAT PROCESS START?
The Seat Upgrade/Seat Selection process for men’s basketball will begin on or around July 11th, 2017.
WAIT … I CAN CHANGE MY SEAT!?
Yes! You can enter the Seat Upgrade/Seat Selection process as long as you are renewed by the June 9th deadline. The
process is an opt-in experience in which you can upgrade your seats. If you choose to opt-in, you are not required to
change your seat. There is no harm in looking! You are ranked by Orange Club Priority Points and given timeslots to go
into our proprietary software to reassign your seat based on seat preference.
WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD SEATS?
Please call the Athletics Ticket Sales Office at 888-DOME-TIX or call your Account Executive to help add additional seats
to your order.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS?
You can enroll in our payment plan by accessing your MyCuse Account online or by phone (888-DOME-TIX). The
payment plan is only available for credit card, debit card and electronic check payments. Once the first payment is made,
the method of payment and payment dates cannot be changed. Any payment that fails to process on the stated date
will incur a $15 fee, and may result in the tickets or parking being released to other patrons if it is not rectified promptly.
Please note that if you have Football Premium Seat Donations on your invoice, they will be charged separately from you
other items such that you will see two charges when a payment is processed.

After June 9th, 2017, full payment is required. The Payment Plan divides the total invoice amount into nine installments
(the order fee being paid in full on the first payment). For example, if you sign up on March 16th, your March 17th
payment will encompass installments 9, 8 and 7, with the balance being charged on the subsequent dates.
I HEARD PARKING REQUIREMENTS HAVE CHANGED. IS THAT TRUE?
Yes. We view our West Lots as Premium lots for our most loyal and valued fans to enjoy. These parking areas are in high
demand. The increase in the minimum Orange Club donation will directly benefit our student-athlete experience, as all
Orange Club gifts do. Below are the new parking minimum donation requirements:

Please note: This portion is only the donation requirement. An additional cost for a parking pass applies. For Parking
Areas A and B, the pass is $325; Parking Area C is $275; and Parking Area D is $200.
WILL ANY ORANGE CLUB DONATION COVER MY PARKING REQUIREMENT?
Yes. If your seating requirement is more than the minimum gift requirement for the lot you would like to park in, no
additional donation is required. For parking-related giving, you must achieve the minimum for season parking passes
through your seat-related gift, through a one-time payment, or a combination of both. Availability will be assigned on
an Orange Club Priority Point basis.
For example, Otto Awesome secures two men’s basketball season tickets in the Premium A (Yellow) Zone ($800
donation per seat x 2 = $1,600) and wants to park in Area B (Red) Zone ($300 requirement). Otto’s gifts qualify for the
Area B (Red) Zone parking pass (donation requirement of $300).

If Otto were to secure two seats in the Premium C (Green) Zone ($350 donation per seat x 2 = $700), and Otto would like
Area A Parking ($5,000 minimum requirement), Otto would have to make an additional $4,300 gift to the Orange Club to
qualify for the parking pass. However, if Otto also purchased two Green Zone seats for football ($45 per seat donation x
2 = $90), that is added to the gift total and Otto would pay the balance of $4,210.
WHY ARE ORANGE CLUB PRIORITY POINTS IMPORTANT?
Orange Club Priority Points are used to ensure fair and equitable allocation of high-demand items, such as seat and
parking upgrades, and bowl game and tournament tickets. It is highly recommended that you build up as many Priority
Points to secure the best seating and parking for events in high demand.
HOW MANY PRIORITY POINTS WILL I RECEIVE IF I RENEW?
It all depends on when you renew. Syracuse Athletics will award bonus Priority Points as follows for the 2017-18 renewal
process:

Renewal bonus points will be added to your point totals by June 1st, 2017.
COOL! PRIORITY POINTS – BUT DO POINTS REALLY MATTER?
Absolutely. The average season ticket holder’s Priority Points are currently at 134 points. Renewing early allows a
distinct advantage when building Priority Points vs. your peers. Building Priority Points allows for a better seat selection
timeslot every year and also when we assign bowl game, tournament and away-game tickets.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR THE 2018-19 SEASON AND BEYOND?
You should expect a comparable timeline for basketball renewals in 2018, in which renewals will be released in January
and the payment deadline being in May or June. Ticket prices and Orange Club Premium Seating and Parking donations
will be evaluated on an annual basis and are subject to change.
HOW DO I PURCHASE DISABLED PARKING?
Season parking in ARCH and IRVD for patrons with disabilities was again sold out this past year. Space will be available in
the Skytop Disabled lot, which includes a shuttle to Gate A of the Dome. A copy of your state-issued handicap tag is
required. Please contact the Carrier Dome Box Office (888-DOME-TIX) for any changes in availability.
