• The University Computing Centre is an
Information Resource Management (IRM)
Centre for UDSM
• It Provides Various ICT Services to the
University and to the General Public
• The Centre has 5 branches in Arusha,
Dodoma, Mbeya, Mwanza and Dar es

• Upgrading Bandwidth to at least 20Mbps

• Fully Implementation of the updated ICT

Conclusion
• The use of ICT in teaching and learning has
positively impacted the pedagogy and
enhanced course delivery at UDSM
• Also it has positively impacted the research
at UDSM
• The role of IRM & System Administrators is
vital in developing and sustaining ICT at the
University
