Check Student’s Schedule
The student’s class schedule can be obtained by simply tapping the ‘Schedule’ button.
This allows the users to know exactly where the student is supposed to be during the
day. This feature empowers the user to know if the student is on the wrong side of campus, skipping a class or is merely running a minute or so late.
Issue a Warning or Detention Slip
pockeTracker
K12 can print a slip via Bluetooth or cabled printer. This slip can display
the violation type and time and double as a hall pass or class slip for a tardy. The student photo can also be printed on the slip.

This makes pockeTracker K12 100% mobile. Monitor the hallways, campus perimeter
and athletic events with pockeTracker. RapIDtrack K12 has all the same functionality
from a desktop for single-point stationary tracking.
Look Up Past Violations
Past violations for a student can be viewed just by tapping the ‘History’ button. This will
display the entire student’s violation history by date, allowing a quick assessment of that
student’s violation history.
Assign New Violation with a Single Tap
Violation types are displayed in a drop down menu, making assigning the proper
violation a snap. Simply select the proper violation and then tap Save. The violation,
student, time and corresponding disciplinary action are all recorded immediately.
Generate Accurate Reports
By capturing date and time, student information, violation type of disciplinary action
assigned, or positive behavior events, very accurate reports are at your finger tips.
Examples would be a report of all detentions assigned for Wednesday or a report showing all violations recorded today. Reports can even be generated showing the violation

Automate Behavior Policies

K12 uses a rule base designed and tailored to your specific environment.
Violations, warnings, detentions and suspensions are all based on rules specifically
customized to match your school’s policies. Once the rule base is set, all of the pockeTracker
K12 devices use this rule base to automatically assign the proper action to
each violation. An example would be a warning slip for the first two tardy violations and
assigning a detention for the third and any subsequent tardies. Policy changes can be
modified with the click of a button (Ex. 2 warnings = a detention, instead of 3)
Options
When a WiFi connection is available, PockeTracker K12 can be programmed for wireless (real-time data) use instead of standard offline use. Certain models of PockeTracker
can be enabled for both cell phone and cell data (wireless use). Detention Manager and
Event Manager are companion products for eliminating paperwork and simply scanning
students into detention class or to other student events.
