reserves the right to decline the registration request or in case you are registered, Sahara shall ask from you time to
time an update or current status of your company; and or to re-evaluate your registration and/or to withdraw your
registration in case of your company not meeting set standards and its sole discretion Sahara, without giving

With our suppliers, we seek win/win relationships and to promote the application of our code of conduct in doing

CONFIDENTIALITY
Supplier shall at all times during the execution of any Purchase Agreement and thereafter, treat and keep the
details of the PO and all information in connection thereto received from SAHARA, confidential and agree not to
divulge such to any third parties without SAHARA prior written consent. Suppliers may also be required to
execute non-disclosure agreement(s) in respect of specific projects. These obligations will survive the completion
of the Purchase Agreement.
