A half day series of presentations covering the following issues –
Tests of cognitive effort - assessing the reliability of client's performance on
neuropsychological tests, the impact of mild to moderate brain injury on capacity for
work and functional independence; and the challenges of determining the impact of
a delay in diagnosis/treatment of neurological events such a brain tumour on
cognitive function.

The speaker regularly deals with brain injury cases, produces medico-legal opinions
and is experienced at giving evidence in Courts
at The Institute of Law, Seale Street, St Helier
on Friday 20 June 2014 between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm
Registration and coffee from 9.15 am
Attending will provide 3 hours of CPD for lawyers and points for GPs/ medical
or health professionals (the number of points to be confirmed subsequently by
the Jersey PCT). A Certificate of attendance will be issued.
Cost : £50 to legal practitioners who are a member of JPIMS
and £75 to legal practitioners who are non – members
and £50 to GPs and health professionals
