CO2 REGULATORS
730-Series Primary CO2 Pressure Regulator
High pressure cylinder or wall mounting primary
regulators have a built-in safety pre-set at 175
PSI. The maximum down-stream pressure will not
exceed 143 PSI.
The 730 Series includes a stainless steel ball
check valve and self-relieving diaphragm. A metal
filter in the inlet nipple prevents particles from
damaging internal regulator parts. Seat assembly
is easily replaceable in the field.
Operating range for the 730 Series is 0 – 130 PSI.
HP port is 1/2" UNC and LP port is 1/4" NPT.

The G56 pump supplies up to 4 GPM (15 L / min) and is capable of CO2 inlet pressures up
to 90 PSI. If pumping over 1.7 GPM (6.4 L / min) a pulsation dampener or accumulator tank
(K56 Series) should be utilized to reduce pulsation due to momentary shifts in flow
requirements. K56 includes a half-gallon accumulator tank. One year warranty.

3M's unibody manifold provides parallel flow for higher flow rates, minimizes leaks, and is corrosion resistant. Built-in
valve in head (VIH) eliminates the need for alternative shutoff valves, and encapsulated filter reduces the possibility of
contamination during change-out. The locking button assures correct installation and prevents accidental removal.
The smaller the micron size, the smaller the holes that the water passes through during filtration. (1 micron is 1/25,000
of an inch. A human hair is about 100 microns in diameter). Cyst filters provide added protection from pathogens such
as protozoan cysts.

The 464-GP has been upgraded to a powerful 24-volt AC solenoid,
and has an improved solenoid plunger and torsional pallet spring.
Valve design provides superior carbonation levels on both cold carb
and ambient systems. Ceramic flow controls maintain consistent ratio
control, eliminating frequent adjustments. The 464 valve features solid
mounting platform, modular design, convertible switch, and quiet
solenoid operation. Flow range from 2 to 4 oz./sec. High flow diffusion

CO2 CYLINDERS
Cylinders are produced from high strength aluminum alloy, and
are inspected and stamped with required U.S. Department of
Transportation (DOT) and Transport Canada (TC) markings. Service
pressure is 1800 PSI. Brushed body with natural unpainted dome
is standard. 20 pound cylinders come with carrying handle in your
choice of red, blue or black.

Beverage System Cleaner
• No buckets, mixing, waiting for powders to dissolve
in the correct temperature of water, waiting for the
cleaner to work, or flushing – this method can take
up to 1 hour per line
• Simply hook the bag connector to the box, open
the dispensing valve until clear cleaner is detected,
re-attach the syrup and run until the line is full of
syrup again – with the manifold assembly it cleans
up to 8 lines simultaneously in 15 to 20 minutes!
• Works on contact, completely safe, and
leaves no residuals
• BevClean’s inhibitor prevents growth and deposits
