in stainless steel #4 polish or galvanized
steel with our exclusive CycleCoteTM low friction
powder coat finish in gray, tan, white, or silver. Each
unit includes our specially designed, patent pending,
finish protection system.
A
complete control and safety system, featuring a
NEMA 4 rated control panel. UL325-2010 entrapment
protection photo eyes and a wireless sensing edge
are provided as standard.
Each
unit is built to exact size requirements allowing
size flexibility up to 20’ wide and 20’ high on standard
construction. A range of operator mountings and
electrical control options are also available.
All
units include Cookson’s exclusive two year
warranty as standard.

Unitized coil box houses curtain, barrel,
and brackets. Access hatch provided for
ease of maintenance.
Retractable anti-wear device installed
at the shaft assembly. Prolongs curtain
aesthetics and reduces operational noise.
It is not visible during normal operation
and patent pending.
Guides with minimum 1/4” thick ASTMA36 structural steel angles provided with
double brush strip for sealing and reduced
wear.
Structural steel bottom bar provided with
wireless sensing edge for safety and
weather seal.
Springless barrel reduces maintenance
requirements and increases cycle capacity
to 500K.
Cookson’s CycleCote Powder Coat Finish provides a low
coefficient of friction wear-resistance for added durability.
