Summary of Proposal
We issued CP1340 v1.0 for BSC Party/Party
Agent impact assessment via CPC00687.
We received a response highlighting that
one of the issues within the proposal - the
proposed new question that would ensure
the CVA MOAs are capable of meeting the
BSCP533 PARMS submission requirements was not actually achievable/required. This
was due to the CDCA processing/submitting
the PARMS data on behalf of the CVA
MOAs.
