Gross Internal Area – 342m2 Opportunities & Benefits Delivery – Autumn 2016 A new single storey building comprising of four classrooms with staff room, WC provision and storage was manufactured off-site by UKEP. Foundations and slab were constructed in 2 weeks with the building being assembled on site in just over 2 weeks minimising disruptions to the school. The Net Zero building solution offers high environmental performance Standards; The building uses renewable resources to generate more energy than it consumes. Super insulated timber-faced panels manufactured off site for rapid, clean assembly provide an extremely airtight structure with minimal heat loss.
