CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by President Beth Klotz at
7:00pm.
Approval of Minutes:
Motion to approve the Sept 2016 minutes by Bill Molidor, seconded by
Nancy Reel.
Treasurer’s Report:
Julie presented financials for Sept .
Open Board Positions:
Nancy Reel was appointed Player Agent by executive board.
Open Discussion:
Discussed possibility of changing Umpire Coordination Protocol; coaches
being responsible for contacting Head Umpire of game schedules. More
input needed from other coaches.
