The Hogan Certification Program teaches participants to interpret and
apply Hogan’s three core personality-based assessments:
• HOGAN PERSONALITY INVENTORY (HPI)
• HOGAN DEVELOPMENT SURVEY (HDS)
• MOTIVES, VALUES AND PREFERENCES INVENTORY (MVPI)
The program is designed for talent management and organizational
development specialists, HR generalists, HR consultants, coaches and
psychologists.

AWAIR
Established in Milan in 2012, Awair is a consultancy which specialises in
leadership development and change management. We support organisations in
designing and implementing talent management processes using the inventories
published by Hogan, global leader in personality measurement, and in reducing
the complexity that is usually associated with internal leadership transformation
and development processes.
We integrate our offering with assessment simulation exercises as well as training
and development programmes for coaches, consultants and Human Resources
specialists.

Individual participation to fee to the Hogan Certification is
€ 2.000 (+VAT)
ICF members are entitled to a 20% discount upon signing up and can apply
for 13 CCE credits after attending the workshop.
Awair organizes about 10 workshops a year between Rome and Milan. Dates are
updated quarterly.
