High School, Sheehan Park, and the Little League Diamonds (located on this map directly under Sheehan
Park).
Driving Directions to the High School - 888 Grove Street:
From Madison:
North on HWY 151 to first Sun Prairie exit (Main St.); follow Main St. through Sun Prairie. Main Street curves to
the right at the end of town. After the curve, turn right at the next stop light, by Copp's, onto HWY N, the high school
will be on your right about 1/4 mi.
From East:
I-94, take the HWY N exit, follow HWY N about 4.5 miles to Sun Prairie High School, on your left.
From South:
I-39 N/ I-90 W to exit 138A I-94 E towards Milwaukee, merge onto WI 30 / I-94 E. Take exit 244 for CTY Road N
towards Sun Prairie. Turn left on HWY N, go about 4.5 miles. Sun Prairie High School will be on your left.
From North:
HWY 151 S to exit 103, CTY HWY N. Left on Bristol Street, to Main Street. Left on Main Street, right on HWY N,
by the Copp's store, Sun Prairie High School will be on your right about 1/4 mile.
Driving Directions from the High School to Little League – 910 S. Bird St.:
There is a road that runs next to the high school fields that connects to Linnerud which is the road that leads to
Sheehan Park and the Little league fields. On the above map it would run between the high school and the Angel Park
Speedway and it is the shortest route between the High School and the other diamonds.
Driving Directions to Sheehan Park - corner of Bird and Linnerud on South Bird st:
From the south: Take I90/94 to exit 135 which is highway 151 North to Sun Prairie. Take the first exit, which is
Main Street, an exit only lane. Take a right on Bird Street right before Wendy’s restaurant, which is a stoplight. Go
about a half-mile to a stop sign at Bird and Linnerud. Sheehan Park is directly on your right just after the stop sign.
From the north on 151: Take Hwy N/Bristol street exit and go south. Cross Main Street, which is a stoplight until
Bristol ends at Linnerud. Take a right on Linnerud for about 1 mile and you will see Sheehan park at the corner of
Bird and Linnerud which is a stop sign.
From Milwaukee area on I90: Either follow directions from the south or you can take Hwy N north to Sun Prairie.
Take your first left onto Park Street after you pass the high school on your left. Go around a curve, over railroad
tracks, and take a left onto Linnerud. Go straight on Linnerud for about 1 mile and you will see Sheehan park at the
corner of Bird and Linnerud which is a stop sign
Sun Prairie High School fields is located at 888 Grove Street. This is located at a stop light on Highway N on
the east side of Sun Prairie. The diamonds are located to the right rear of the building.
Sheehan Park is at the corner of Bird and Linnerud on South Bird st. Diamond 1 is directly at the corner.
Diamond 2 is just up the hill, (west) of Diamond 1. Diamond 1 and 2 share a parking lot. Diamond 3 is about 2 blocks
west on Linnerud from Diamond 1 & 2.
Little League fields is located at 910 South Bird st. - about 1 block south on Bird Street from Linnerud Street.
Coming from Sheehan Park, going out of town, the entrance is on the right just before the railroad tracks off Bird
Street. The address is 910 S. Bird street.
Walking Directions from Sheehan to Little League fields:
There is a path that begins between diamond one and Bird Street, winds behind the diamond and up the hill. You can
reach the path by cutting across the grass between diamonds one and two. The path comes to a Y right behind
diamond 2 and you can see the Little League diamonds from there behind diamond 2. There are full concessions
there.
Sheehan Park: There are full bathrooms by concessions and also on the top of the hill from diamonds 1 and 2 next to
the playground. There are full bathrooms to the right of diamond 3 by that playground.
The public library is across Linnerud Street from Sheehan park number 3 if you need air conditioning.
The Sun Prairie Aquatic center is directly across Linnerud Street from Sheehan Park diamond 2.
