2016 USTA Junior Team Tennis Requirements for Levels of Play Participants must play in the Advanced Division if any of the following criteria apply: o NTRP of 3.5 and Above, o National Ranking, o Players with a sectional standing (12-18’s standings 1-300 and 10 standings 1-100) in any age group as of July 31, 2015 and/or December 31st, 2015 must enter at the advanced level (NTRP 3.5 & above). Players with a 1-100 standing in the 10's who are playing in the 10's must play Advanced. Players with a 1-100 standing in the 10s, who are playing up (i.e. 12s) must play Intermediate or Advanced, unless they have a standing for 1-300 in the older division and must play Advanced. You will refer to the list dated 1/3/16) Participants must play in the Intermediate Division if the following criteria applies: o Players with a North Carolina Standing that have 175 points or more as of December 31st, 2015 must play at the Intermediate Level. This regulation applies when playing up an age level.
