Hello Friend ! Where are you going ?
Chasing the next job promotion or
business deal?
Going to the pub to drink and drown out
your relationship woes?
Or just seeking success and satisfaction
in life?
Ok...but then, what next?
How important will it be … in the last days of
your life?
How do you even know…how long your life
will last?
Luke 12 :19,20
And I [rich man] will say to my soul, ‘Soul, you have many
goods laid up for many years; take your ease; eat, drink, and
be merry.’
But God said to him, ‘Fool! This night your soul will be
required of you; ……..
Mark 8:36
For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and
loses his own soul?

What does it mean for a man to lose his soul?
It means a second death beyond the life here on
earth…
it means an eternal condemnation.
Romans 3:23
For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God
Romans 6:23a
The wages of sin is death…….
Revelation 20:14
Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the
second death

For ALL have sinned? Everyone?
Yes, ALL - from little lies to corporate fraud, from hate in
the heart to mass murder…
When men live as if they have no accountability to the
Creator.
When God created us, He loved us and wanted our
eternal companionship.
But His standards is that no one with sin is to be allowed
in Heaven.
And the price to pay for sin is eternal death in hell.
How would you feel, if you were on death row, and
the judge refused to let you off
because the law says that your crime deserves the
death penalty,
Then someone offers to take your place so that the
law is satisfied, and you get to go free?
This is what God sent His Son Jesus Christ to do.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have
everlasting life.

It is a well-known and important fact that Jesus
Christ died on the cross.
It is also very important to know that He did not
remain dead but came back to life again after 3
days.
By this, He proves that He has authority over
Death, that He alone can save us from Death.
1 Corinthians 15:3-4
… that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He
was buried, and that He rose again the third day …

So does it mean that now we can go to Heaven?
Do we have to do anything? No, and Yes.
No because no amount of charity or good works
can buy us a way to Heaven.
If we can go at all, it is FREE because we just
cannot afford the price to Heaven.
Yes because as in all gifts, we have to receive it
before we can enjoy it.
All we have to do is this : Acknowledge God, and
that you have sinned according to His standards,
repent of your sins and accept Jesus Christ as
your Saviour.
Romans 10:9
that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and
believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead,
you will be saved

Finally, here is the promise that God gave, in the full bible
verse of Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal
life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Please make a decision now to accept Jesus Christ as
your Saviour
It is not just a decision of a lifetime, but a decision for eternity.
It will be too late when you pass away from this life
