EQUIPPING TO SERVE • AND IT WAS HE WHO GAVE SOME TO BE APOSTLES, SOME TO BE PROPHETS, SOME TO BE EVANGELISTS, AND SOME TO BE PASTORS AND TEACHERS, 12 TO EQUIP THE SAINTS FOR WORKS OF MINISTRY, TO BUILD UP THE BODY OF CHRIST, • EPHESIANS 4:11-12 HOPE RESTORED TO HOMELESS VETERANS • PROGRAM AND SERVICES OFFERED AT THE VETERANS RESIDENCE • TRANSITIONAL AND PERMANENT CO-LOCATED • KEY PARTNERSHIPS HARBOR LIGHT MODEL PRIOR TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE VETERANS APARTMENT BUILDING THE SALVATION ARMY OPERATED A 40 BED TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM ON THE HARBOR LIGHT CAMPUS.
