AUTUMN RUGBY BOOKING AND COURSE DETAILS
Courses are open to players aged 7-14. Please arrive at 10am for registration, and each day
will finish at 3pm. Each day is £25, or 3 days can be booked for £60.
Children will need to bring rugby boots and training shoes, gum guard (if in a contact age group),
a packed lunch, a water bottle, suitable clothing for the weather conditions and sun cream.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: The Ealing Trailfinders Autumn Rugby Camps run from 10.00am to 3.00pm each day. Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club is not responsible for children left unsupervised
outside these hours. Places will be filled on a first come first served basis. Bookings on the first day will be accepted at the discretion of the Camp Manager. Payment is considered as acceptance
of the booking conditions. Cancellations made up to two weeks before the camp will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made after this time will not be refunded. The Ealing Trailfinders
Rugby Camps are staffed by RFU and CRB qualified coaches who will implement the highest safety measures, however, they cannot be held liable or responsible for damages, injuries or loss
of possessions. We strongly recommend that all valuables be left at home. Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Camps will reserve the right to suspend any child that causes disruption to the camp due to
misbehaviour. A confirmation letter will be sent by post or email as proof of booking. Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club reserves the right to cancel, amend, alter and change any camp or its content
without the need for prior notice. Ealing Trailfinders Rugby will use its best endeavours to ensure that professional players will attend the camps.
